Job summary

WellLife Network is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Brooklyn, NY to support individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will assist with daily living activities, advocate for needs, and foster social engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency diploma required.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License with 2 years of driving experience required.
• Experience working with adults with behavioral health or other disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Administer medications and assist individuals in medical appointments.
• Implement and support behavioral strategies respectfully.
• Plan and engage in recreational and social activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare providers.
