EdAdvance is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Litchfield, CT for a full-time 32.5-hour work week. This non-exempt role supports DDS-funded individuals in the Day Supports Options Program, reporting to the Program Manager. Immediate start anticipated.

Responsibilities include planning activities, transporting clients, documenting progress, and coordinating with families and community partners. A valid CT driver's license is required.

Qualificações

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CT driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform lifting or physical activities as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supports to DDS funded individuals per programs.
• Plan and implement activities in community and on-site.
• Assist manager with screening referrals.
• Safely transport individuals and maintain the vehicle.
• Train and supervise individuals at sites; promote positive work habits.
• Maintain safety and timely documentation; write reports as required.
• Collaborate with providers, families, and community.
