Job summary

The Supported Living Group in Connecticut is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals gain independence. Positions available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with duties including daily task support, transportation to appointments, and personal care.

You will also teach life skills like budgeting and grocery planning, support routines, and promote health and wellbeing. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, along with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, insurance and registration.

Responsibilities
