Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is hiring for a full-time, in-person role in Frederick, MD to support individuals in a day program setting. You will facilitate client participation in activities, implement care plans, coordinate team communication, and provide transportation to appointments.

Pay is $18.50 per hour, with a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule based on client needs. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a driver’s license with minimal points is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
• Must obtain and maintain a current DOT certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and navigate stairs and a day program or home environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client participation in therapeutic and social group activities.
• Implement individual client care plans and coordinate communication among staff.
• Provide transportation and attend clients’ medical appointments.
