Qualifications

• Background and drug screenings required.
• Valid driver's license with required endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Assists Residential Program Director to supervise individuals.
• Ensures training and behavior plans are implemented and documented per regulations.
• Maintains health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Provides a positive environment that promotes independence.
• Schedules staff, doctors’ appointments, vehicle maintenance and shopping as assigned.
• Maintains homes, outdoor areas and vehicles in good order.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
