Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Valid driver’s license with endorsements and 3+ years of driving experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience working in the human service field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report suspected abuse or violations of rights.
• Provide support, supervision and assistance to meet individuals' goals.
• Ensure training and behavior plans are implemented per regulatory requirements.
• Protect health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Provide a positive environment that promotes independence.
• Follow positioning schedules and use equipment per plan.
• Assist with diet, texture and equipment needs.
• Maintain homes, outdoor areas and vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
