Job summary

Sevita is seeking dedicated individuals to provide direct support to clients in residential settings in Marion, Virginia. This full-time or part-time position involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of individuals under care.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong communication skills, compassion, and teamwork. Ongoing training and support will be provided to facilitate the necessary skills for helping individuals achieve independence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support in accordance with service plans.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities.
• Maintain documentation of client progress and activities.
• Administer medication and support self-administration.
