Job summary

PrecisionHR is seeking ON CALL Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to service clients in residential home settings. Positions available part-time and full-time with shifts from morning to night. You will assist individuals with daily living activities and support independence in a supportive home environment.

Reliability and dependable attendance are essential. Experience as CNA, HHA, PCA, Companion, Caregiver, PCT or DCW is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care settings is helpful.
• Must be reliable with attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement programs in communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with and teach independent living skills.
• Assist with ADLs and personal self-care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Accompany participants to community activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensure a healthy living environment.
