Home To Stay in Browns Mills, NJ is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. This role focuses on daily living, safety, companionship, and helping individuals live meaningful, independent lives.

As a DSP you will follow individualized support plans, assist with personal care, accompany community outings, and promote respect and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to complete background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Prior caregiving or DSP experience required
