Home To Stay is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities in New Jersey.

As a DSP, you’ll help individuals build independence, stay safe, and live full, meaningful lives through daily support, companionship, and community involvement. Join a team that values compassion and making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to complete background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Prior caregiving or DSP experience preferred.
