Home To Stay in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Prior caregiving or DSP experience preferred.

As a DSP, you’ll help individuals build independence, stay safe, and live full, meaningful lives through daily support, companionship, and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care
• Support community outings and activities
• Follow individualized support plans
• Provide respectful, person-centered care

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and good driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
