Chimes is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Saturday shifts (8a–11p) in Baltimore, MD. This on-site, part-time role provides personal support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to help them reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a residential setting with individuals with developmental challenges.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directly support residents in the home and community to carry out planned activities.
• Provide supervision and training to promote independence and safety.
• Follow individual program plans and communicate concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain required records.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and transport to appointments.
