Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our compassionate team in providing essential care and support for individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required to start making a meaningful impact.

Join Merakey to help clients perform daily activities, develop skills, and participate in community activities. The role includes on-site training and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

Experience in direct care or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and compassionate attitude.
Ability to document progress notes clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
Provide community support and transportation.
Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support as trained.
Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.

Location:Elizabethtown, PA

Pay Rate:$16.25/HR ($2 additional per hour with Enhanced Pay option)

Shifts available:Double weekend (7am-11:00pm / Saturday & Sunday)
