Job summary

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Penn Hills and Verona, PA team. You will provide direct care, assist with daily living activities, and support individuals to build independence in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

No experience required – paid training is provided. Flexible shifts include Daylight, Evenings, Overnights and Weekends, with DailyPay and other benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• No experience required – we provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support and transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
