Job summary

DIVINE HOMES HEALTHCARE SERVICES LL is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one community support to an individual with developmental disabilities in Virginia. The role focuses on building independence through participation in community activities and personalized care.

The DSP will assist with communication, daily living skills, transportation to activities, documentation, and collaboration with family and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or related conditions is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Dependable, patient, and committed to providing high-quality support.
