Qualifications

Job Summary

We're seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to care for our wonderful individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their quality of life.

Hours and Transportation Requirements

Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9 AM – 4 PM. Please ensure you have a fully insured, reliable car. Gas stipend available.

Direct Support Professional must be able to work all of the hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Promote independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure
• Facilitate the individual's inclusion in the community’s experiences and activities
• Maintain knowledge of the individual's requirements
• Comply with the agency’s policies and procedures
• Maintain documentation in compliance with the agency’s procedures
• Perform additional duties upon request

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a DSP or similar role
• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• CPR and first aid certification
