Job summary

InCommunity's Paschal Home in Austell, GA seeks a Direct Support Professional for weekend, part-time work. The DSP will assist individuals with daily living, transportation, and community activities while following ISPs and health protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least six (6) months of experience in developmental disabilities, mental health, or aging services preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interact with individuals respectfully and assist with daily living activities.
• Support individuals in participating in home and community activities.
• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and health protocols and document observations.
• Safely transport individuals and assist with mobility and emergency procedures.
