Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hosting on-the-spot interviews for Direct Support Professional (DSP) openings in West Chester, PA. Shifts include 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-8am with a varied schedule and PRN options.

Sign-on bonuses apply; ASCEND career accelerator and paid training are offered to support growth. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $23.05 per hour, with a $2 shift differential after 2pm.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in one of the specified fields is required.
• Age must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience working with children in behavioral health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and supervise individuals in care at all times.
• Engage in daily ADLs, recreational and social activities to foster growth and independence.
• Address inappropriate behaviors and redirect with supportive communication.
• Implement individualized treatment plan goals in collaboration with the clinical team.

Conocimientos

Experience with children in behavioral

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work
