Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hosting on-the-spot interviews in Berwyn, PA. Join our team as a Direct Support Professional and explore full-time, part-time or on-call opportunities with flexible scheduling, including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and varied weekend shifts.

Pay ranges from $17.25 to $19.67 per hour, with responsibilities spanning daily living activities, health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, documentation, and shift/incident/individual progress reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, diploma's acquired outside of the US must be evaluated.
• One (1) year of human service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age. Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation to include shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the individuals we serve.
