Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hosting on-the-spot interviews for Direct Support Professionals in Berwyn, PA. October 14, 2026, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM at the Taylor Salem Building, 139 Leopard Road.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time and on-call shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, weekends) with pay rates of $17.25–$19.67 per hour. You will assist with daily living activities, health and hygiene, cooking, cleaning, recreation and thorough reporting to support the individuals we serve.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; foreign credentials evaluated.
• One year of human service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• As a Direct Support Professional you will assist with daily living activities, including health and hygiene management.
• You will participate in cooking, cleaning, recreation and documentation including shift, incident and progress reports.
• You will maintain a safe and therapeutic environment meeting physical, emotional and personal needs of individuals served.
