Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or its educational equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License may be required, based on position/location.
• Must hold or obtain RBT certification within one year of appointment (or be a Licensed Psych Technician or Qualified Behavior Modification Professional, for California assignments).
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills – including email, utilizing Workday and related systems to complete tasks.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervision, care, and adherence to house rules for individuals at all times.
• Administer medications as prescribed and implement behavior support plans.
• Assist with ADLs, personal care, meals, transportation, and budgeting with safeguarding.
• Maintain health, safety, and a clean therapy environment, following protocols.
• Document progress in electronic records and communicate with team per HIPAA requirements.
