The Chimes, Inc. is seeking dedicated direct-support professionals to provide in-home personal support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will help implement programs, supervise daily activities, and adapt the home environment to each person’s needs, while promoting independence and safety in both home and community settings.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven, supportive workplace.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must have a driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Mansioni

• Work in the residence as a personal support and engage with the person served.
• Provide supervision and training to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Ensure the house is personalized to each person's preferences and personality.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care per program plans.
• Communicate with day program staff as needed.
• Report to Community Support Manager on needs and house operations.
• Use approved behavior plans and intervention strategies.
• Be a positive role model for persons served and staff.
• Assist with independent living skills (mobility, budgeting, personal hygiene, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of locations of persons served and attend scheduled meetings.
• Know medical procedures and administer medications as directed.
• Keep home clean and safe; manage personal belongings.
