Job summary

The Chimes, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care and practical support in daily living activities. You will follow individualized plans, document progress, and help with medications in a respectful environment.

We offer paid training, ongoing development, and a benefits package that supports health, retirement, and work-life balance. This role may involve travel between residential and day programs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in disability services is a plus but not required—we provide training.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing).
• Follow care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications in accordance with policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Use approved behavior support techniques.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Some roles require travel between Residential and Day programs.
