Job summary

Options For All in San Diego County is seeking an Entry Level Direct Support Professional to support adults with I/DD in their daily lives. This role involves compassionate care, transport coordination, and helping clients achieve milestones toward independence in City Heights, Lemon Grove, and Spring Valley.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to pass a background check.

Qualifications

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, as a teaching assistant or volunteering is a plus but not required.
