Qualifications
- 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Employees must speak, read, and write fluent English.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, or double-shifts.
Responsibilities
- Advocate and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in daily activities and community life.
- Assist with household tasks, meal planning, shopping, personal care and transportation.
- Support attendance at medical appointments, community outings, and adherence to Behavior Support Plans.
