The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Harrisburg, PA is seeking to hire a full-time entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care for the individuals we serve with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will support individuals to lead self-directed, meaningful lives and help with daily living, transportation, and medication administration while working within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during working hours.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, transportation, and medication administration.
• Support individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible and participate in community activities.
• Develop trusting relationships with individuals and their families while delivering compassionate care.
