Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, community integration, shopping and other activities of daily living.
• Direct Support: provide assistance per individual service plans and support socialization and development.
• Records: accurately document progress and review records to stay informed of changes.
• Safety and maintenance: follow safety policies and report hazards; assist with basic transportation when needed.
