Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and capable of performing the essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support per individual service plans, including socialization and health maintenance.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, housekeeping, transportation, and community integration.
• Accurately document progress, maintain confidentiality, and follow safety and privacy policies.
• Support budgeting and use of individuals' assets as needed and appropriate.

Skills

Working knowledge of computers
