Job summary

Mozaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independent, fulfilling lives in our Seneca Falls and Waterloo residences. You will support daily activities, promote community involvement, and help clients set and achieve personal goals.

The role offers competitive pay, with Evening and Overnight shifts, full-time or relief opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Valid NYS Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

Pay & Schedule

Pay Range: $18.19 - $18.96 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differentials!

Available Shifts:

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (times may vary)
  • Valid NYS Driver's License required
• Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (times may vary)

Full-time and Relief opportunities available

Locations: Waterloo and Seneca Falls, NY (Seneca County)

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, no two days are the same. You'll support people with disabilities in achieving their personal goals, building independence, and living fulfilling lives in a residential setting. Each day may include assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household responsibilities while encouraging community involvement, social connections, and meaningful experiences. You'll help people stay active and engaged by providing transportation to appointments, events, and activities, all while following individualized support plans that promote choice, dignity, and respect. Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other support team members, you'll play an important role in delivering quality, person-centered support. Most importantly, you'll be a trusted advocate, mentor, and source of encouragement, helping people gain confidence, develop new skills, and thrive both at home and in their communities.

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications:

• Experience with developmental disabilities is valued
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid NYS Driver's License
• Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus
