Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based approach.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to implement customized therapy plans.
• Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based, naturalistic setting.
• Help children progress educationally and socially, preparing them for traditional school settings.
• Track and document each child's progress as you implement therapy programs.
• Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's Core Values.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with children is a plus but not necessary.
• Passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.

• Commitment to support children’s progress daily.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact, and perform physical activities such as running, crouching, and kneeling.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required for safety.
