Job summary

DDM is seeking staff in Lithonia, GA to support residents with daily living activities in a Christian ministry setting. This part-time, PRN position pays $14 per hour and requires adherence to state policies and HIPAA.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ISP goals, attending trainings, managing medications, accompanying to medical appointments, and maintaining accurate electronic health records. Must be willing to work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living skills according to ISP and skill levels.
• Observe and follow all agency and state policies and procedures.
• Attend staff educational meetings, webinars and trainings.
• Demonstrate person-centered service with residents using person-centered language.
• Maintain DDM residence with safety drills and cleaning schedules.
• Supervise residents with self-administration of medications as prescribed.
• Schedule, transport, and accompany residents to medical appointments; document in the electronic system.
• Maintain resident records per DDM policy using electronic documentation for health records and incident reports.
