Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Hummelstown, PA. As a DSP, you'll provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assist with ADLs, and support daily living activities.

No experience required — paid training provided. Earn $17 per hour PRN, with shifts available and opportunities to grow within our IDD division. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to health, independence and community participation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
