Position: Direct Support Professional

Location: Honeybrook, Coatesville, Parkesburg, Downingtown , PA

Pay Rate: Earn up to $18.25/hour with election of Enhanced Pay option. 16.25 per hour. Shifts available: Evenings, Overnights and Weekends, varies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Verifiable High School diploma/G.E. D preferred.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
