Job summary

Merakey, a leading nonprofit provider, is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Slippery Rock, PA for third shift weekends (10:30pm-7:00am). Paid training is provided to start rewarding careers in human services.

You will perform direct care and daily living support, including personal care, mobility, meals, and transportation, helping individuals thrive in daily life and activities within the Merakey program.

Qualifications

• A verifiable high school diploma or GED is required.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
