Job summary

Cadient, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Patterson 311. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a 6-bedroom residential home and in the community, helping with daily living goals and skills training.

Direct Support Professional - Patterson 311 - On Call - As Needed

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting and within the community.

Patterson 311 is a spacious cozy 6 bedroom home with 6 amazing elderly individuals. Staff who work at this residence will assist and encourage these individuals with their everyday goals and daily life skills. A high school diploma or GED is desired. Post-high-school education in Human Services is a definite plus. An acceptable NYS driver's license and basic computer knowledge are a must. An informative, paid new hire orientation is provided in a comfortable learning environment. Training will also include Van Certification, SCIP, First Aid/CPR, and Medication Administration certification.

HOURS: hours weekly - On Call - As Needed

Starting Salary: $19.74 - $21.72per hour plus additional differentials as applicable
