Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, accompanying clients to appointments, and supporting community participation in a compassionate team environment.

Responsibilities

Advocating and supporting adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities by empowering them to be as active in their lives as they can.
Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, teeth brushing, and related tasks.
Accompany individuals to medical appointments, banking, community activities, and outings; administer medications per plan.
