Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Onsite, Part-time) in Marshalltown, IA. You’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities, help with daily living activities, meals, medications, and community outings, while building trusting relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, including budgeting, nutrition, community activities, and recreation.
• Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
• Take initiative daily and contribute ideas and dedication in a role that values commitment.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
• Promote inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities and enjoy activities.
