Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Direct Support Professional (Onsite, Full-time). Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with on-demand pay and a referral bonus program.

Join a mission-driven team and build relationships that motivate us all while developing professional skills in healthcare and advocacy. As a DSP, you will support individuals in achieving personal and developmental goals, assist with daily living activities, and promote community inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• A clean driving record is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful clearance of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, from budgeting and nutrition to community activities and recreation.
• Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
• Take initiative every day in a role where your ideas and dedication are valued.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
• Promote inclusion by helping individuals engage with their communities and enjoy their favorite events.
