Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide onsite support in Marion, IA. Youll help individuals reach personal goals, manage daily activities, and participate in community life.

The role offers starting pay of $15.25–$22.00 per hour with on-demand pay, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and growth opportunities. A valid drivers license and being 18 or older are required; open interviews are available.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful clearance of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, from budgeting and nutrition to community activities and recreation.
• Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
• Take initiative every day in a role where your ideas and dedication are valued.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
