Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Support meal preparation and maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
Implement individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Observe, monitor, and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being
Encourage participation in recreational, social, and community activities
Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical job duties
Successfully pass a background screening
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services
Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
Current CPR and First Aid certification
