Job summary

Visiting Angels Eldersburg Maryland is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to provide reliable, respectful support for seniors in clients’ homes. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for full-time or part-time roles are available.

Immediate openings with potential for overtime and driver-dependent assignments. Ideal candidates have CNA I/II certification or personal caregiving experience, valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 6+ months professional caregiving experience or CNA I/II certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle (where required)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Current CPR certification
• Current negative TB test results

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, meal prep, medication reminders, laundry, light housekeeping)
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff
