Job summary

Visiting Angels of Central Maryland is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers (CNA I/II preferred) for immediate openings. Start at $18/hour with overtime up to $25/hour. Roles include one-on-one care in clients' homes across the Frederick area.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience (supporting a loved one) or active CNA I/II certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current negative TB test results.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, meal prep, medication reminders, laundry, and light housekeeping).
• Provide companionship and meaningful, respectful conversation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff.
