Job summary

Right at Home Cleveland West is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Med Cert 3 to join our compassionate home-care team. You will provide personal care, assist with ADLs, administer medications per care plans, and support safe, independent living for clients at home.

Responsibilities include mobility assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and clear communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Med Cert 3 certification (required).
• Experience in direct care or caregiving preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
