Right at Home Cleveland West is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with an active Med Cert 3 to join our in-home care team. You will provide essential personal care, support daily living activities, and help clients live safely at home.

Candidates should have Med Cert 3, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. We value reliability, compassion, and teamwork, plus the ability to follow care plans and document accurately. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companion care, emotional support, and supervision for safety
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and home support
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or health status
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team
• Follow agency policies, documentation standards, and care plans

• Support clients with mobility needs, including gait belt and Hoyer lift use when required

• Provide companion care, emotional support, and supervision to ensure client safety

• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and home support tasks

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition, behavior, or health status

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

• Follow all agency policies, documentation standards, and individualized care plans
