Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and complete state-mandated DSP training.
• Background checks and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Administer medications per training and maintain MARs.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Support community integration and social activities.
• Assist with ISPs and behavior support plans.
• Document progress notes and report health changes.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
