Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity, independence, and confidence.

You’ll work in a mission-driven environment with hands-on support, following care plans, administering medications, and promoting community engagement. Training and ongoing professional development accompany a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train!).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications in accordance with policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Some DSP roles may involve travel between Residential and Day programs.
