Easter Seals Tennessee Inc is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities learn, work, and participate in their communities in Cookeville, TN. You’ll assist with daily activities, meals, personal care, and medication administration as part of a supportive home setting.

We offer a starting wage of $15 per hour, tenure pay scale, annual performance bonus, shift premium on weekends, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life and long-term

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation and personal hygiene.
• Support medication administration as directed by clinical staff.
• Facilitate community involvement and daily living activities.
• Help implement therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinicians.
