Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity and independence. The role offers a competitive $18/hour and a supportive, team-focused environment designed to help you grow professionally while making a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities include hands-on personal care, following care plans, documenting progress, and supporting community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Disability services experience is a plus but not required (we train!).
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving history as specified.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing and daily living skills.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
