Job summary

Resources for Human Development (RHD) is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent lives. No experience required; paid training provided and full-time schedules available.

You will provide supervision, assist with daily tasks, transportation, and community access while collaborating with clinical staff to ensure quality services in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass all required background screenings, including FBI clearance where applicable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support per each individual's ISP.
• Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and daily living activities.
• Support daily living activities such as meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks.
