Job summary

Life Unlimited seeks a dedicated DSP professional to provide comprehensive, person-centered support across multiple sites, guiding individuals toward community participation and self-advocacy. You will receive coaching from the Program Director and contribute to program oversight while advancing toward supervisory responsibilities.

You will document care, follow ISP/BSP guidelines, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of services.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience providing person-centered support to people with disabilities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.
• Must obtain a Class E driver's license and maintain insurance as required.
• Must receive Seasonal Flu Vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered services aligned with ISP and BSP.
• Assist individuals in community integration, daily living skills, and safety.
• Document activities and events per agency policy and state rules.
• Input and review data using electronic systems; ensure confidentiality.
• Support leadership development and supervision within the team.
